Summer Holiday photos: Berry picking

Hi everyone!  Here’s another personal post from me.  Hasn’t the summer holidays been lovely?  This year we decided to go on a “glamping” holiday.   What is glamping you ask?  Well it’s a more luxurious form of camping.  So instead of bringing everything but the kitchen sink with us, all we needed are ourselves, food and toiletries.  We stayed in a yurt in The New Forest which was lovely and warm, with it’s wood burner inside, there were proper beds and mattress and ours even had a chaise lounge, there was a proper kitchen facility with a fridge, and our own shower and toilet block.  Each night, we lit a fire in the firepit and had toasted marshmallows by the lake …  Anyway, those pictures are all to come as I sent those in a separate batch to the lab!  This particular roll was sent on a rush order to a different lab so that I can participate in my monthly blog circle of film enthusiasts from around the world.  This month’s challenge was to shoot portra 400 in direct sun and the photo must have a person in it.  I’ve got a few without a person in it but trust that you won’t mind those.  So here are some photos from our holiday.

First we went up a Motte:
